AI Agent Testing Services

We test and harden AI agents — the ones we build, and the ones you already built — for hallucination, tool-call safety, prompt drift and multi-turn failure, then hand you the eval suite that keeps them honest.

What we test
  • 01

    Behaviour & hallucination

Graded golden sets that catch when an agent invents facts, ignores its context, or answers a question it shouldn't.

  • 02

    Tool-call & action safety

Tests that an agent calls the right tool with the right arguments — and refuses actions that could touch money, data or production systems unsafely.

  • 03

    Multi-turn & regression

Conversation-level tests that expose drift and state bugs across turns, wired into CI so a change can't silently regress.

  • 04

    Golden set from your traffic

We build a labelled golden set from your real inputs and edge cases — the ground truth every future change is graded against, not a handful of happy-path examples.

  • 05

    Security & prompt-injection checks

Beyond correctness, we probe the agent for prompt injection, jailbreaks and unsafe tool access, mapped to the OWASP LLM Top 10, so a hijacked instruction can't reach money, data or production.

  • 06

    Findings report & handover

You get a severity-ranked findings report with reproduction steps, plus the eval suite and CI gates wired into your pipeline and documented for your team to run.

FAQ

AI agent testing, answered

Can you test an agent another team built?

Yes — a large part of what we do is evaluating and hardening agents we didn't build. We start with an audit of behaviour and failure modes.

What do you actually test for?

Hallucination, prompt drift, tool-call safety, unsafe actions, multi-turn state bugs and regressions — graded on a golden set that runs in CI.

Do we keep the eval suite?

Yes. The golden set, tests and CI gates are yours, so your team can keep shipping without re-hiring us for every change.

How long does an engagement take?

A first pass — audit, golden set and an initial eval suite — is usually a couple of weeks. Hardening and CI wiring continue from there, scoped to how large and critical the agent is.

Which frameworks and models can you test?

Any — we evaluate agents built on OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI or open models, in whatever framework, because we test behaviour from the outside. Evals run on promptfoo, DeepEval and LangSmith.

Do you also fix what you find, and who owns those fixes?

If you want it closed, not just reported, our developers can ship the patch, the regression test and the CI wiring — merged into your repository and owned by you.
